The ladies are in the stage referred to as 'the dinosaur phase'. It's a little homely and awkward, but still so loveable.

I think my little girl is in the same stage. Part baby, part little girl. We call it "the walking baby stage" or "the baby mullet" stage.
I love your chicken's,so jealous of those fresh eggs.
