• veggie burgers, more specifically leaning to make a good one. I bet cook's illustrated has my back.
• scrapbooking. I think I'm going to design a really simple template that I can drop photos into with places for text. I dunno. I just can't remember anything I've done this year besides work.
• doing a pull-up. It's my fitness goal before I turn 30. I have never done one, and want to. Getting about 10 pounds of body fat off would be okay, too. I joined the gym and love it, so that might help.
• healthy snacking. I've got to eat more! It's almost 3:00 and all I've eaten is en egg white on toast, a 4 oz yogurt, and a handful of edamame. I'm just not hungry. It's a real problem. Now that I have tomatoes I can gag cottage cheese down, but I need to get some ideas! Eating meatless for the most part makes getting protein a little more tricky too. But I'm determined to find good, easy snacks on the cheap.
• coffee. did you know there is new research on how good coffee is for you? the major point of interest for me was seeing that they've found it to help the body recognize and use insulin, preventing type 2 diabetes! That is so huge for me and my health issues! Now I just need to figure out how to drink it without having to add lots of bad stuff. Honey? Agave nectar?
